Shipping policy

For in-stock items (Ready Stock):

In-stock items are generally shipped within 5-7 working days after order payment confirmation. For pre-order items, please refer to the specific information provided on the product page.

Delivery Methods for China, Hong Kong, and Macau:

Goods will be dispatched by our chosen logistics company to the Hong Kong recipient address provided by the customer when confirming the order. However, delivery may be restricted by the logistics company's coverage area—such as outlying islands or remote areas; or by building facility limitations—such as buildings without elevators, restrictions due to property management company security measures, or rural houses lacking clear door numbers.

International Delivery Methods (Overseas Shipping):

All international shipping orders require payment of an additional shipping fee on the order. Shipping costs are calculated differently based on the region and the weight of the item. All items will be shipped using services such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, SF Express, or 4PX, with the choice depending on the delivery address region and determined by the most cost-effective solution.

Shipment Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you via email, which will include the order tracking number. Customers can use this tracking number to check the status of their shipment on the corresponding logistics company's website.
